REASON #1: I can’t afford it. My response: I understand… But let me start by saying this: The investments I’ve made in my own health have always been at a time when I could least afford it - yet I've also never regretted it. And you you know why? Because I got results, every single time. It's often hard to stretch & commit to something when you're not sure of the outcome, but when you know deep down how important this can be in reaching your goals, you're also more likely to show up fully & participate!
