How is working with you different from my doctor or nutritionist?
Most doctors will simply tell you what foods to eliminate, based on your test results – & while that’s a great place to start, they typically don't have the time to teach you how to apply this in real life.
Things like navigating the grocery store & figuring out what the heck you're going to eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner from this day forward. (Not to mention travel & so much more!)
Additionally, most nutritionists use a one-size-fits-all formula & don't have the training to really dive into the complex layers of what's ailing you - especially when those seemingly 'healthy' foods you're eating just don't agree with you?
There's also the matter of WHY your symptoms are cropping up in the first place. Yet it's exactly what I'm passionate about helping you get to the bottom of - & creating an eating plan that's completely customized for YOU!
What does this mean for you?
Renewed energy, a more positive outlook on life, and feeling a whole lot better in mind and spirit, now that you’re no longer planning your days around trips to the nearest bathroom.

Will I ever eat ‘normally’ again?
That depends. Everyone is different, of course. It also depends on your definition of ‘normal’.
That said, healing your body begins with taking a close look at your diet & the health of your gut, & figuring out which foods are best for YOU (not your next-store neighbor).
It's all part of your personal journey.
What if it’s too late for me?
First of all, it’s never too late & you’re never too old or too young to begin - that’s my #1 Rule!
In fact, after the initial adjustment phase, you’ll be feeling SO much better you’ll wonder why you didn’t do this sooner!
(Of course, the reason why you didn’t do this sooner, is because you were busy, or your thought the problem might go away on its own – or maybe you were just a little bit scared of what you might find out, & how that would turn your life upside down & be way too overwhelming to deal with).
Is there any good news?
Yes, of course!
Since it took me a good 10 years to figure all this out on my own, the good news is you don’t have to go to school to learn what I know - I’ve already done the work for you!
And I’m absolutely dedicated to helping women such as yourself who are wrestling with digestive issues & tired of feeling sick all the time - feel better than they have in years.
All while learning to tap into your intuition & the messages your body is sending you - in the face of a culture that's telling you your symptoms are all in your head! (Not to mention that Aging is just what happens & nothing you can do about it...)
