1. GETTING STARTED - I'll help you lay the groundwork & map out a plan for this journey of discovery - based on your goals, your personal health history (as provided in your questionnaire) & the symptoms you're presenting with.
This includes a close inventory of your current diet, so you can set yourself up on the probability curve for good health.
You'll have plenty of time to journal on your Intention & the steps you need to take for your body to finally heal.

2. CLEAN UP YOUR DIET/REMOVE INFLAMMATORY FOODS - You'll gradually remove the most inflammatory foods that are likely a primary trigger for you - causing everything from weight gain & indigestion to a poor night's sleep.
It's the only way to know for certain, if a particular food is a problem for you or not!
During the 12 weeks of this program, you'll gradually switch over to a whole foods diet that is low on refined carbohydrates & processed foods, loading up instead, on everything that is good for you - fruits & vegetables, nuts & seeds, legumes, whole grains, grass-fed meat, wild-caught fish - & even the occasional treat (I'll show you EXACTLY how!)
